Nowadays, a lot of new condominium projects are growing up in Pattaya. Therefore, this essay is written to give the advicefor who is interesting and going to buy condominium for living and/or investment. As obviously seen, the condominium project advertisements on leaflet or brochure, those projects are belonging to both Thai and foreigner developers. 

This Act has some provisions concerning Section 29 and Section 33, Section 41 and Section 43 of the Constitution of Kingdom of Thailand prescribing that the limitation of right and liberty of a person shall be done by virtue of law.
