    If you, as a foreigner, would like to know whether you will need to pay any taxes before transferring money out of Thailand after you sold your condo. The answer is no, because you’ve already pay taxes (personal income tax, business tax, and transfer tax) at the land office when you do the transfer of ownership. But since you sold, got the money, deposited back in the Thai banks, you will need to buy foreign currencies and transfer to your account anywhere without limit of amount transferred. By Thai Laws and rules from Bank of Thailand would count as sending money from selling properties, the foreigner then must show some evidence e.g. copy of passport, copy of to buy to sell agreement.
