Warning : Transfer money for your condo in pattaya    payments into agent's bank account

          When foreigner buys a condo [unit] in Pattaya from any new project in Pattaya and signed to buy to sell agreement to make installment payment to the project. Problem is, once the buyer (foreigner) goes back to his country and transfers each payment to his agent to pay on his behalf to the condo or the seller, it is happen that the agent did not make the payment or sometimes pays partial payment only. The foreigner have no idea of this and make payment on time every month but at the end, the condo in Pattaya project or seller cancel the contract because the buyer is in default of the agreement and all the money paid is forfeited.
